Single Effect Fiber Separator

Single Effect Separator machine is a combination of one sealed horizontal hydrapulper and a light and heavy impurity remover. It adopts drum and turbo structure so it has higher efficiency. With compact structure, high efficiency, it has functions such as pulp beating, impurity removing, coarse screening etc, thus simplifies the process of dealing with wasted paper greatly, and reduces the energy consumption.

Single Effect Separator Features

1. Mainly used for secondary breaking and screening of waste paper pulp, meanwhile, separating the light and heavy impurities from the pulp. It also can be used as tail pulp treatment equipment.
2. Specially designed impeller can break fiber effectively and it is good for the separate and remove light and heavy impurities.
3. Automatically discharge according to requirement, run reliably.
